Martin Pritz reigns as boss of the kitchen, following in the footsteps of his mother who is famous for her down-to-earth approach to cooking regional specialties. Today guests come from near and far to indulge in culinary delights at the "Schwarzen Bären". Although Martin emphasises family tradition, he continues to make excursions into the new world of lighter, more creative cuisine, enriched by his particular interest and expertise in fish and game.
