We have the following cancellation conditions:
Cancellation up to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the accommodation price.
Cancellation up to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the accommodation price.
Cancellation up to 1 day before arrival: 90% of the accommodation price.
If you arrive after 6pm, please send us a short message or give us a call.
Our reception is open from 7am to 8pm.

First mentioned in 1670 records, the hotel is an integral part of the history of Emmersdorf – the charming Wachau Valley Village where it is located.
At present, the hotel comprises 50 guest rooms at Austrian 4 star level, five holiday apartments and a spa at a size of 400 m². Guests are welcome to enjoy their stay with or without breakfast, with half board or full board. Some of the rooms are wheelchair-accessible.
