Pritz Family

Starting decades ago as a small guesthouse operated by Karl and Josefa Pritz, the business has grown to its current size and reputation after handing over to their son Georg and his wife Anna, through several renovation phases and plenty of personal and guest friendly motivation.
Since taking over the reins in recent years, son Martin and his wife Erika have moved the family business into its fourth generation - also their two sons Georg and Karl are already busy helping to continue the Pritz philosophy.

Martin, not only as Chef, also an expert about fish and game, has found a bright partner in Erika, who looks forward to the future for their guests and family with enthusiasm.

And what are the Seniors up to? The old "Bear" is happy to continue serving guests, though truly enjoys tending to his garden or his golf handicap while Anna charmingly entertains guests either as Nordic Walking guide or by sharing the secrets of Wachau wines at tastings in the Hotel's cellar.
