Martin Pritz is the boss of the kitchen, following the footsteps of his mother who is famous for her intuitive way of cooking regional specialties. Today guests come from near and far to indulge in culinary delights at the »Schwarzer Bär«. Although Martin emphasizes family tradition, he loves making excursions into the new world of lighter, more creative cuisine, enriched by his special interest and expertise in fish and game.
